AI use is already growing across companies. But both fear and a lack of judgment can become barriers: when no one questions what information they share, which tool they use, or which rules they follow, the organization loses visibility into its own risks.

‍

In this conversation, Paula Brenes and Sharon Silesky explore both sides of this challenge: the fear and the trust that can block or enable the responsible use of AI, and what companies can do to gain real visibility and control over how it is being used.

‍

By the end of this conversation, you will be able to:

‍

  • Identify when fear or a lack of judgment is limiting the responsible use of AI.
  • Recognize what information is shared with AI and what risks it can involve.
  • Understand how to build trust and visibility around AI use in your company.
