Key insights from the conversation

One of the central themes of the panel was that AI should not replace human judgment, it should strengthen it. The discussion explored how structured evaluation environments, evidence-based assessment, and transparent workflows can help organizations make more consistent and informed talent decisions across HR processes.

Another recurring idea was that efficiency is only the starting point.
