Course Project Part 1: Setting the Vision & Success Metrics Define the business case, establish the North Star, classify the change type, and select balanced metrics.
Module 2
People and change
Explore how individuals and groups experience change during AI adoption. Learn how resistance emerges, how organizational dynamics influence adoption, and how to support people through periods of uncertainty and transition.
Course Project Part 2: Mapping People & Power Dynamics Profile 5–6 stakeholder groups, run a power audit, and design enablement strategies. Optional Workshop 1: The Human Element of AI Change.
Module 3
Communicating the AI change
Learn how to communicate AI initiatives clearly and effectively across different audiences. Explore how messaging, timing, and communication channels influence understanding, engagement, and adoption.
Course Project Part 3: Designing the Communication Narrative Draft the 5-message narrative, build the recipient map, and create the communication timeline.
Module 4
Measuring success
Learn how to evaluate the impact of AI-related change initiatives after implementation. Explore methods for monitoring adoption, identifying risks, and making informed adjustments to improve outcomes over time.
Course Project Part 4: Measuring Success & Response Loop Build the adoption dashboard and design an intervention plan for one high-priority risk. Optional Workshop 2: Stress-Testing the Change.
